Dynamic testing machines
DYNA-MESS offers a wide range of vertical testing machines, with a flexible design and suitable for any testing requirements.
Machine frame
DYNA-MESS testing machines are designed with an extremely stable frame subjected to low deformations. We strongly believe that this is the key point for a high quality testing machine.
Frame types:
- 2 / 4 columns frame
- Test cylinder above / below
Test cylinder
To apply load, two options are possible: a powerful servo-hydraulic actuator or a cost efficient servo-pneumatic actuator.
Dynamic performances
Depending of the cylinder type (pneumatic or hydraulic), different tests can be performed.
For servo-hydraulic actuators:
- static tests
- dynamic tests with a frequency up to 10 Hz
- dynamic tests with a frequency up to 100 Hz
- dynamic tests with a frequency up to 400 Hz
For servo-pneumatic actuators:
- static tests
- dynamic tests with a frequency up to 10 Hz
- dynamic tests with a frequency up to 35 Hz
Measuring sensors
DYNA-MESS testing machines are equipped with high precision force and displacement measuring sensors.
Additional measuring sensors can also be integrated upon request.
Electronic control and software
The DYNA-MESS electronic control can be installed on a desk or in industrial enviroment in special cabinets regrouping all the electronic controls and the computer.
A Windows© computer and our tailor-made software DYNA-TCC are included with all of our testing machines.

DYNA-CLC
Highly modern processors with FPGA link guarantee real-time data handling of all channels.
Modular and flexible
A modular and easily adaptable architecture allows for the electronic to be used in tasks with one axis (CLCsingle) or highly complex multi axes applications (CLCmulti). The in-house development ensures state-of-the-art testing and high flexibility in fulfilling individual customer requirements.
Old machine – new electronics (modernizations)
Outdated testing machines can be equipped with DYNA-CLC and our up-to-date testing software DYNA-TCC within the scope of a modernization to restore state-of-the-art testing. Machines from other manufacturers are no drawback for our new electronics.

Software
DYNA-MESS developed the testing software DYNA-TCC, which allows easy and intuitive operation of the test machine.
Basis package and standard modules
DYNA-TCC is built in a modular way, thus in addition to a basic package several software modules can be added. Examples of standard modules are

Automatic Controller DYNA-AC
As an extension for Oscillation Tests the iterative self-learning controller DYNA-AC is available. It creates repeatable curves and optimal loads for your specimen.
Service Strength Tests
Simulation of user-defined multiaxial load spectra can be performed with the module „Alternating Stress Fatigue Test“. Our diverse variety of evaluations guarantees a thorough analysis of your test.
Simple implementation of custom software modules
In situations where your task or demand is insufficiently covered by the already existing modules, it is possible to newly create or upgrade existing tests to suit your specification.
Tools and Add-Ons
Besides operating the machine and conducting tests DYNA-TCC offers more functionalities to facilitate working with the test machine and data:

The modernization of an old testing machine is a cost-efficient alternative compared to purchasing a new one.
The modernization of testing machines consist of a complete overhaul.
If necessary, the frame of the machine is modified, the sensors are changed, the electronic controlled is updated and the testing software is replaced by 
DYNA-MESS user friendly software.
