    Technical properties

    The DYNA1dent and DYNA5dent machines offer a number of advantages over the universal testing machines normally used, which are slightly modified to meet the special requirements of dental testing:

    • Optimised adjustment to fatigue tests according to ISO 14801
    • Purely electric drive, which means: no hydraulics, pneumatics or compressed air required
    • Integrated force measurement, protected underneath the top cover
    • Displacement measurement also protected underneath the top cover
    • Little space required for installation
    • Practical visual display of the operating status (set-up, testing, end of test)
    • Test basin with practical connections for circulation and preparation of the test medium
    • Shear force-free force transmission through sliding joint
    • Sophisticated test software including user administration, sample library, very simple test parameterisation, online graphics, data recording during the entire duration of the test, test protocol
    • Embedding device for straight and/or angled implants

    Other tests can also be carried out by simply changing the test device:

    Operation

    DYNAdent is supplied with an all-in-one PC that can be operated both via a keyboard and via the touchscreen monitor.

    Tempering unit

    An appropriate additional device can be installed for temperature control and circulation of physiological saline solution.
