A very individual and customer-specific testing option can be realised using test axes, test fields and test portals, as these can be adapted to the test task again and again. DYNA-MESS supplies the equipment for these systems.

Test axles and test cylinders

Test fields
Great flexibility can be achieved through the use of test fields. In addition to mobile hydraulic, electric and pneumatic test axes, DYNA-MESS supplies all power, control, electronic and software components. In particular, multi-axes systems can be realised, whereby the various axes can be flexibly set up and combined by the customer for the respective testing application.
For testing very large components, DYNA-MESS offers large systems with up to six test axes. Nominal forces of up to several meganewtons per cylinder and up to several metres of stroke can be achieved. In addition to static, destructive tests, dynamic fatigue tests can also be realised.
Test portals
DYNA-MESS test portals are available in various sizes and designs. They can therefore be customised for a wide range of testing tasks in the kilo to meganewton range.
T-slot plates are used to secure the test specimen. Electrical gantry movement in the x, y and z directions and the combination of several axes can be realised.
